Diplomats Diversity Tea Gala, An Event of Distinction In L.A.

On Thursday, April 27, 2017 – The Goddess Couture news team along with the editor in chief attended an amazing diplomatic event hosted by April Sutton. She is a United Nations delegate to the General assembly and works in association with minorities in business to build mutual understanding between international communities across the globe. We must share this was a very informative event educating men and women about connecting all in unity focused on bridging the gap for freedom justice and equality for all human beings.

To add further this was the ninth annual Diplomats Diversity Tea Gala that was hosted at the Marriott hotel Marina Del Rey located in Los Angeles county. This year the spotlight was on The Consul General from Egypt. In addition the Honorable Honorary Consul Generals from the Bahamas and Senegal attended sharing cultural highlights from their homelands. For the first time, the 2017 Orbis Award was presented to various diplomats.

We like to share it is important to learn about other cultures and their nations because we all have common ground. We look forward placing the spotlight on future events hosted by April Sutton. We congratulate April on the success of her event – she is indeed a goddess that we add to our community of women who are striving to make a difference in United States in the world today.

Founder Ms. April Sutton is a United Nations Delegate to the General Assembly, and works in association with the Minorities in Business Association, to build mutual understanding between our international neighbors.
