The Black United States® Pageants proudly announced its newly crowned 2025 national winners following four days of competition and community engagement in Waldorf, Maryland. The highly anticipated event, held on June 19, 2025, celebrated excellence in leadership, scholarship, mentorship, community impact, and sisterhood—the five guiding principles of the organization.
2025 National Titleholders
The competition brought together talented young women from across the nation who showcased their brilliance, grace, and dedication to service. The newly crowned titleholders are:

Little Miss Black United States 2025 – Harmony W.
An accomplished dancer from Delaware, Harmony enjoys ballet, modeling, and excelling academically. -
Miss Teen Black United States 2025 – Jamiya Copeland
A junior at Howard University from Maryland, Jamiya impressed the judges with her academic excellence, poise, and dedication to community service. -
Miss Black United States 2025 – Ilahi Creary-Miller
Representing Massachusetts, Ilahi is a graduate student at Harvard University and proud Howard University alumna. Her commitment to education, mentorship, and cultural advocacy earned her the crown. -
Ms. Black United States 2025 – KeShyra Hill-Brown
A certified Pilates instructor and student at Bowie State University, KeShyra inspired audiences with her passion for health, wellness, and empowering women to live strong, confident lives. -
Mrs. Black United States 2025 – Kasi Gonzalez
From Florida, Kasi is a devoted wife, mother, and cheerleading coach. She is passionate about youth development, teamwork, and community spirit.
Community Engagement & Service
During the four-day celebration, contestants participated in a blend of cultural, service, and sisterhood-building activities that emphasized the organization’s values:

Rodgers Polk Photography – glamorous professional photoshoots.

Earnie’s Plate – packed food donation bags for families in need.

Historic Site Visits – including the Frederick Douglass National Historic Site and the National Museum of African American History and Culture.

School Donations – provided backpacks and school supplies to Charles Hart Middle School in Washington, D.C.

Confident Canvas – private journaling class to encourage reflection and empowerment.

Looking Ahead
The journey continues for the 2025 winners, who will enjoy a trip to the Bahamas in November 2025 for the annual ‘Cruise for a Cause’ organized by Unlimited Destinations, LLC. Highlights of this philanthropic adventure include:

Visiting a local orphanage.

Donating school supplies and toiletries to organizations in need.

Strengthening bonds of sisterhood while representing the pageant abroad.
The next Black United States® Pageant is scheduled to return to Maryland on June 19, 2026, promising another year of inspiration, empowerment, and community impact.
