On Sunday, May 10, Mirbeau will host a classic Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet with a menu created by Executive Chef Stephen Coe, and live piano music throughout the afternoon. The buffet will feature an assortment of salads, including Beet and Orange and Edamame With Tofu, Shiitake and Quinoa; a Plymouth Rock oyster station; hot dishes like Seafood-Stuffed Sole and Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Maple Cream, and Braised Short Rib Benedict With Jalapeno Cornbread and Barbeque Béarnaise; and an elaborate dessert station with sweet treats like Blueberry Pirouettes, Housemade Chocolate Truffles and Fruit Tartlet. A special children’s buffet will also be available. Brunch will be served in Henri-Marie and The Bistro & Wine Bar from 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. and is $65 for adults, $20 for children ages 6-12 and free for children five and under.
