Wilhelmina Models for the Summer Goddess 2015 Model Search News. Hello Gorgeous… think you have what it takes to strut your stuff on the runway, or smile for the camera for hours at a time? European Wax Center (EWC) and Wilhelmina Models are launching a nationwide search to find a young woman who is confident, possesses a beautiful look, and an inner beauty even the camera can capture. If you think you are that person, then we want to hear from you.
Starting June 3rd, interested contestants are invited to upload their submissions online at www.popsugar.com/summergoddesssearch. To enter in-person, at one of the open call events; check www.wilhelminamodelsearch.com for the most up-to-date information. All contestants must be 18 to 30 years of age (by July 20, 2015), and at least 5 feet 8 inches tall.
The Grand Prize Winner will receive a contract with Wilhelmina Models and a pass entitling her to one year of complimentary waxing services at participating European Wax Center locations in the United States. The five Finalists will receive six months of free brow waxing. Wilhelmina Models, one of the most respected names in modeling, is partnering with European Wax Center, the leader in the beauty services industry, in this modeling venture. Beginning in late June, open casting calls will be held in Miami, Los Angeles and in New York City at Wilhelmina’s offices as well as at Wilhelmina satellite agencies throughout the United States. On July 26th, the top 20 contestants will be posted on popsugar.com/summergoddesssearch. Between July 28th and August 1st, the public will be invited to vote online for their “fan favorite.” The contestant with the most votes at the end of the public voting period, along with four other finalists, selected by Wilhelmina and EWC judges, will win an all-expenses paid trip to Miami for an exclusive Finals event and photo shoot. An expert panel of judges will deliberate during the photoshoot and the Grand Prize Winner will be announced on August 19, 2015.
